I think something is wrong

So I could use a little crowd source knowledge here.

I have a problem

It’s a little complex, but here is as simple as I can make it.

I wake up more or less every two hours and can not get back to sleep for a minimum of 15 minutes, typically 30 minutes.

Often the wake up time will correspond to some weird number thing with the time.  So for example if I shut things down around 10:30 there is a very high probability that I will wake up at 12:34am, 1, 2, 3, 4. The I will wake at 2:34am, then 3:45am, then 5:43am, then finally at some like 7:34am.

It started about a year and a half ago, I would wake up in the middle of a nights sleep and be unable to go back to sleep. So I would sit up in bed, smoke a cig while reading on the internet. About a year ago it got to be this fucking every two hours crap.

I figure that with the whole “wide awake” for 15-30 minutes then another 15-30 to fall asleep again I’m at best getting 3-4 hours of sleep a night.

  1. Seeing the same numbers around could be done numerology crap – like some universe message or something.

    I think with sleeping it’s bad to be on technology around bed time, so maybe if you tried a more relaxing bed time routine, no technology for an hour before bed, might get your body to go to sleep better and longer…

  2. Missed you OP, I’ve been asleep a few years. Hyper vigilance of some sort? Maybe you can sleep about as long as you want…and you keep playing games with numbers in your head. Or maybe the world really odd as it seems.
